We offer a price-matching policy to ensure you get the best price for the contact lenses you need. Below, you'll find a complete guide to understanding their price-matching process, required documentation, exclusions, and how to submit a request.
How to Request a Price Match
Before Purchase
To request a price match before placing your order:
Collect a screenshot or photo of the competitor's checkout page that clearly shows the following details: - Retailer/store name - Brand of lenses - Total quantity of items (e.g., boxes of contacts) - Itemized order total (including taxes, shipping fees, and processing/handling fees) - Final total order cost at checkout - Date and time of the offer (if displayed)
Send this information via email to customer support.
The team will review the details and confirm if the competitor’s pricing meets the criteria for a price match.
After Purchase
If you find a lower price within 7 days after placing your order:
Gather the same documentation (screenshot/photo of the competitor's checkout page).
Include your order number with your request.
Email the information to customer support to initiate the process. We will verify the request and match the competitor’s price when eligible.
Exclusions and Limitations
Competitor Eligibility: Price matching is not available for physical stores or doctor's office and we do not price match with international websites.
Order Total Basis: We evaluate price matches based on the final order total, including all applicable processing, handling, and shipping fees. Per-box price comparisons without reviewing the final checkout cost are not accepted.
Rebates: Price matches will not honor manufacturer or retailer rebates (instant or mail-in). The price comparison must reflect direct and immediate checkout totals.
Previous Orders: We do not price match against prices from prior orders. Each price match request is evaluated based on the best available pricing at the time of the request.
