Why aren't my codes working?
There are a few reasons why a discount code may not apply to an order.
The most common reason is that the order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement associated with the promotion. If the order total falls below the required amount, the code will not be eligible.
Another possibility is that the discount code has expired. In that case, a different valid promotion code would need to be used.
Additionally, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers. If your lenses are already receiving an online discount, the order would not be eligible for an additional discount through a promo code.
