If you don’t have it available at the time, you can also email it to us at [email protected] or fax it to 1-888-413-5153. When emailing a foreign prescription, please include your order number in the subject line to ensure prompt processing.
International prescriptions must clearly specify the contact lens brand and all required parameters, such as power, base curve (BC), and diameter (DIA).
Alternatively, if you provide us with your doctor’s contact information (either during the ordering process or by email), we’d be happy to reach out to their office directly to obtain your prescription on your behalf. Please note that this option is only available for doctors located within the United States.
