If my order is taking longer than I expected, is there a problem?
If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll reach out to you via email. Please be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) at least once during order processing, especially if we’re waiting on additional information from you.
If you haven’t received an email from us, your order is likely being processed and will ship out as soon as possible.
In cases where a lens is on manufacturer backorder, your online order status will be updated accordingly. When available, we’ll also provide an estimated ship date.
Important note: Manufacturer backorders affect all retailers equally. This means that the wait time would be the same regardless of where the lenses were ordered.
When calculating how long your order has been processing:
Do not count Saturdays or Sundays, as business days only refer to Monday through Friday.
If your order was placed after 2:00 PM, the next business day counts as Day 1 of processing.
Following this guideline will help you determine whether your order is still within the expected processing window.
