Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

To use the tracking link, simply click on it to view real-time updates about your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Step-by-Step Tracking Instructions

You can track your shipment by following these steps:

  1. Locate the tracking number in the email we sent you or by logging into your account.

  2. Visit the carrier's tracking website.

  3. Enter the tracking number into the designated search bar.

  4. Click "Track" or "Submit" to receive updated information about your shipment's whereabouts.

You can also log into your account at any time to view your order history and get real-time updates on your shipment status.

If your tracking number is not readily available, first check your email inbox, spam, or junk folder. Alternatively, contact customer support for assistance in retrieving your tracking details.

Please note: Tracking visibility may vary depending on the shipping method you selected. Some carriers may not offer point-to-point tracking, but rest assured—your order is still on its way and should arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
