When will my order ship and how will I know that it has shipped?

Most of our orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day if the items are in stock. Standard delivery generally takes **3–5 business days from when the package is picked up from our facility and does not include the time required for processing or for the items to become available through our suppliers.

For items that are in stock, please allow for a standard processing time of 1–3 business days, excluding weekends.

If your item requires longer to process, you’ll usually be notified about the backorder via email within 1 business day.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email. Note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been picked up by the carrier.

For the best tracking experience, use the tracking number provided in your email and visit the carrier's website (e.g., USPS or FedEx) to view real-time delivery progress and any updates.

If delays occur, check the tracking site regularly for updates, as these can arise due to factors like weather or a carrier's backlog. You can also reach out to our team and they will be able to investigate the delay and provide you with an ETA for the delivery of your package.
